Thanks for the comment Ali. I miss that area every once in a while. Especially during a long New England winter!
Christina-I rolled my ankle pretty good on New Year's Eve run. There was a snow squall and despite wearing micro spikes, I hit a patch of ice and suffered a sprain.
I ran the marathon without incident with it tho. It burned a little around mile 7 but that and the calf were really non-factors. It was the wall that got me.
Serious hills but not the part he wishes to run...that is nice and flat and you can see the water and the Bay Bridge. I could drive there and run it so I better...living close you take things for granted.

I did that route last year when I was at a conference in SF ... I loved it. Excellent choice. If I had a jet plane I would join you.
Hey, great job on your marathon.
It sounds like your ankle is bothering you now?

I've ever run in SF but it seems like a good choice! Not too hot, gorgeous scenery, a few hills...;)
I live near there or sort of...I should go run there.

Don't take it for granted Sarah! The Bay Area rocks.
