After a two week wait, I finally received my new custom orthotics.
Goddamn, these things are are expensive. Insurance doesn't even cover them. And why would they, right?
So I am 14 weeks to the marathon, and I'm now going to try and ramp up my running again.
Yesterday, I WALKED 3 hours or about 10 miles around the reservoir, 3 times.
Today was a rest day.
Tomorrow I do a 3 mile test run with a 2:1 run/walk ratio.
Thursday I will do an interval elliptical workout.
Friday biking
Saturday elliptical again
Sunday stretching.
This will be fun.
