Friday Cross Training on the Mountain Bike

I forgot how much more crap you have to take with you to Mt. Bike. I hope to write more tomorrow. It was great to ride the West Hartford Reservoir though. I miss it.

I love mountain biking! I just took Ian's bike last weekend and loved it so much. I need my own - totally forgot how fun it is. Excellent cross-training!

I grew up in West Hartford - used to bike at the reservoir all the time. They've really done a nice job with that place since those days long ago - I love running the paved trail now when I'm home visiting the family.

Beautiful pictures! Images like those inspire this non-cyclist to give it a try!
