This was a set-back week. Despite the humidity, I was able to maintain at 10:16 pace with the help of two frozen waters with HEED, 2 Hammer Gels, and 5 endurolytes. They all worked well to keep me going.

My knees hurt (especially right one) at first but then I setttled in. Thank God for the water at 4 miles and 8.
